From Japan's Farms to Your Table
Behind every cut
Every cut of Wagyu follows a carefully managed journey — from trusted farms in Japan to our facility in Manila, and ultimately to your table. Here’s how we maintain authenticity, quality, and traceability every step of the way.
Origin
Born, Raised & Processed in Japan
Our Wagyu cattle are sourced from Kagoshima and Miyazaki, renowned Wagyu-producing regions. Each animal is raised with a focus on genetics, animal welfare, and consistent quality.
Grading
JMGA-Graded & Certified
Every carcass is assessed by the Japan Meat Grading Association, which evaluates yield, marbling, color, firmness, and fat quality. Results are documented on an official grading certificate for each carcass.
Importation
Cold-Chain Direct to Manila
Following processing in Japan, the beef carcass is transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions to preserve quality, texture, and product integrity throughout the journey.
Butchery
Cut by Our Japanese-Trained Wagyu Master Butchers
Upon arrival, each carcass is broken down by our in-house team into individual cuts and portions — from premium steaks to yakiniku, shabu-shabu, and other secondary cuts.
Fulfillment
Vacuum-Sealed & Delivered Frozen
Every order is vacuum-sealed and frozen to preserve flavor, texture, and quality during storage and delivery.
