Origin
Raised in Japan
Our Kuroge Washu cattle are raised on family-owned farms in Kagoshima and Miyazaki — regions with centuries of Wagyu heritage, pristine mountain water, and meticulous breeding records.
Grading
JMGA Certified A4 & A5
Every carcass is individually assessed by the Japan Meat Grading Authority. We source exclusively from animals achieving the top tier of Japan's rigorous grading system.

Cold-Chain Direct to the Philippines
Our beef travels under strict temperature control from Japan's processing facilities to our cold-storage hub in Manila — preserving marbling, texture, and integrity at every step.
