From Japan's Farms to Your Table
Behind every cut
Every cut of Wagyu follows a carefully managed journey — from trusted farms in Japan to our facility in Manila, and ultimately to your table. Here’s how we maintain authenticity, quality, and traceability every step of the way.
Origin
Born, Raised & Processed in Japan
Our Wagyu cattle are sourced from Kagoshima and Miyazaki, renowned Wagyu-producing regions. Each animal is raised with a focus on genetics, animal welfare, and consistent quality.
Grading
JMGA-Graded & Certified
Every carcass is assessed by the Japan Meat Grading Association, which evaluates yield, marbling, color, firmness, and fat quality. Results are documented on an official grading certificate for each carcass.
Compliance
Cleared For Import
Every shipment undergoes the required regulatory process before arriving in Manila. Permits and documentation are completed with both Japanese and Philippine government agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Customs, and other relevant authorities.
Importation
Cold-Chain Direct to Manila
Transported under a carefully controlled cold chain from Japan to our Quezon City facility, every shipment preserves it's freshness, texture, and product integrity.
Butchery
Expertly Cut by Wagyu Master Butchers
Upon arrival, every whole carcass is expertly fabricated by our Japan-trained, in-house Wagyu Master Butchers into precision cuts for steaks, yakiniku, shabu-shabu, and more — ensuring consistency, quality, and exceptional yield in every cut.
Fulfillment
Skin-Packed & Delivered Frozen
Every cut is professionally skin-packed to preserve freshness and reduce oxidation, then delivered frozen from our facility to your doorstep.
